Next Day Delivery: orders placed before 12pm GMT is delivered the next working day
All orders are shipped with with DHL Express or Royal mail and a tracking number will be emailed to you when the item has been dispatched.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Please read the return policy below before sending the item back to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit only we unfortunately do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name and reason for returns before returning the item.
- Customers are fully responsible for postage cost when returning the item, when we have received the item, we can then exchange the item or send you a store credit (this will not include previous shipping cost). We will only refund shipping cost if there is an error/damage with the item.
- Any item returned to us must be unworn and have the original tags on, unwashed, unaltered, and free of fragrance and/or stains.
- Exchanges for a similar item or store credit will be proceed within a week of receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges or store credit will be processed only after we have received and inspected the items (Please send us an email to email@example.com before returning any item back to us) If it is in its original unworn condition.
REFUNDS, we will process a store credit which will be in the form of a code via email to you. We can only refund the cost of the item if there is an error with the order or Damage to the item. This can take up to 5 working days to clear and we do not have any control over this.
- We reserve the rights to withhold refund or exchanges if the returned item is not in their original condition or if the items has been worn or damaged.
- We do not provide pre-paid return label, the customer will cover the cost of returning an item, we will also not be responsible for an items that is lost in transit so its advisable to send it with a tracked service, we can assist in covering the cost of posting the exchange item back to yourself.
Items bought on sale or clearance can only be returned for a store credit or exchange as all sales are final.
All Items ordered as a custom order cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, we can amend items to suit you (if required)
MADE TO ORDER
Some of our items are Made to order and some are ready to ship, this will be indicated in the item description, please take not of this. For items that are made to order, we can only accept exchange for a similar item or a store credit.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If for any reason the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org before you return the item and we will try our best to assist you.
UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT/RETURN TO SENDER
An order may be undelivered if the carrier is unable to deliver your item or the address is invalid. Buyers will be responsible for reshipping the items back to them and the previous shipping cost.

Order that have pre-order marked on them will have a specific date when it will be shipped, If we can ship earlier than the specified dates, we will send an email to confirm shipment of orders and tracking number.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be emailed to you, please use the tracking number to check for update on where the order is up to. Orders sent via royal mail takes a 1 to 3 working days for UK orders and minimum of 5 working days for international orders. What Shipping Provider is used to ship my package?
We ship with Royal Mail for domestic parcels and DHL and Royal Mail for International Parcels.
This will incur a cost of the previous shipping cost as well as the return cost.
