      Processing Times

      This is the time is takes to prepare the order before shipping it, this is different to the Shipping time it takes for an order to be delivered. For items that are ready to ship, we ship within 1 to 3 working days. 


      Processing Times for Made to Order Items

      If the item says made to order in the description, the time to process will vary depending on the item, this can be anything between 3 to 14 working days this will also be stated in the item description.


      UK Delivery Times

      Standard UK Delivery: takes 1 to 3 Working days

      Next Day Delivery: orders placed before 12pm GMT is delivered the next working day(excluding Made To Order/Custom Orders)

      All orders are shipped with with UPS or Royal mail and a tracking number will be emailed to you when the item has been dispatched.


      International Delivery Times

      Europe Delivery: takes 2 to 4 working days

      US Delivery: takes 2 to 4 working days

      Standard Delivery for Rest of the WORLD:  takes about 3 to 15 working days

      Express Delivery to the Rest of the World: takes 2 to 7 working days

      Tracking number is provided for all items and shipping is done using UPS or Royal Mail for standard delivery to the rest of the world


      Custom and Import Fees

      Due to the EU Brexit law, VAT and custom fees are now charged in the destination country. Items may be subject to import fees upon delivery depending on your country, buyers are responsible for paying the custom fees.

      Please read the return policy below before sending the item back to us.



      • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit only we unfortunately do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged.  Please send an email to info@madkollection.com with your order number, full name and reason for returns before returning the item. 
      •  Customers are fully responsible for postage cost when returning the item, when we have received the item, we can then exchange the item or send you a store credit (this will not include previous shipping cost). We will only refund shipping cost if there is an error/damage with the item.
      •  Any item returned to us must be unworn and have the original tags on, unwashed, unaltered, and free of fragrance and/or stains.
      •  Exchanges for a similar item or store credit will be proceed within a week of receiving the returned item.
      •  Exchanges or store credit will be processed only after we have received and inspected the items (Please send us an email to info@madkollection.com before returning any item back to us) If it is in its original unworn condition.


      REFUNDS, we will process a store credit which will be in the form of a code via email to you. We can only refund the cost of the item if there is an error with the order or Damage to the item. This can take up to 5 working days to clear and we do not have any control over this.

      •  We reserve the rights to withhold refund or exchanges if the returned item is not in their original condition or if the items has been worn or damaged.
      •  We do not provide pre-paid return label, the customer will cover the cost of returning an item, we will also not be responsible for an items that is lost in transit so its advisable to send it with a tracked service, we can assist in covering the cost of posting the exchange item back to yourself.


      Items bought on sale or clearance can only be returned for a store credit or exchange as all sales are final.



      All Items ordered as a custom order cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, we can amend items to suit you (if required)



      Some of our items are Made to order and some are ready to ship, this will be indicated in the item description, please take not of this. For items that are made to order, we can only accept exchange for a similar item or a store credit.



      If for any reason the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us on info@madkollection.com before you return the item and we will try our best to assist you.



      An order may be undelivered if the carrier is unable to deliver your item or the address is invalid. Buyers will be responsible for reshipping the items back to them and the previous shipping cost.

      How Long does shipping take?

      Yes we ship worldwide.

      Do you have a physical store?

      we do not have a physical store. All orders and transactions are made online via our website

      I am not sure how much the item will cost in my local currency as an international customer

      Your currency will be automatically populated on our website or you can change the currency using the currency icon on the bottom left- hand side of the screen or the top right-hand side on the screen.

      My order says (pre-order) when will it ship?

      Order that have pre-order marked on them will have a specific date when it will be shipped, If we can ship earlier than the specified dates, we will send an email to confirm shipment of orders and tracking number.

      I placed an order online but have not received a confirmation email

      There might be delays in emails  getting to you, however, if after 24 hours you still haven’t received any confirmation and it’s also not in your junk/spam folder, Please send us an email at info@madkollection.com with your name and order number and we will be happy to help.

      I have not received my order, what do I do?

      All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be emailed to you, please use the tracking number to check for update on where the order is up to. Orders sent via royal mail takes a 1 to 3 working days for UK orders and minimum of 5 working days for international orders. You can track the items via the email sent to you or using the link https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/  Express/Priority Orders only take a few days and would be dispatched via DHL.       We ship with Royal Mail for domestic parcels and DHL and Royal Mail for International Parcels.
