REFUNDS, we will process a store credit which will be in the form of a code via email to you. We can only refund the cost of the item if there is an error with the order or Damage to the item. This can take up to 5 working days to clear and we do not have any control over this.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT/RETURN TO SENDER
An order may be undelivered if the carrier is unable to deliver your item or the address is invalid. Buyers will be responsible for reshipping the items back to them and the previous shipping cost.

Oh So Pretty. Love the fit and the flow. Colors are sooo vibrant. Pockets and peek-a-boo zipper is a plus. Just love it. Made a few minor adjustments and it’s a pergect fit. Ordered it just a little bigger to allow for full bust coverage and only had to taper the waist about 1 inch.Better too big than too small

Stunning dress! Wore it to a wedding and I received lots of lovely compliments. The only ‘ick’ I had, was the fit around the chest area. It was a far too tight. Easy fix though, as the seams allowed the dress to be adjusted. Lucky my neighbour is a seamstress! ☺️

I cannot recommend this dress enough! I wore it to a wedding this weekend and I got so many compliments! It is also very important for me to feel comfortable, and I can confirm that I danced all night and the dress was just perfect for it! The wedding was in Spain so it was rather warm, but being able to open the cut on the side was just a perfect addition and a great transition between wedding ceremony to after party! I will definitely order more dresses from the website, I’ve been convinced :)

I ordered this dress to wear to the BAFTAs, then panicked that it would not arrive in time, or not fit. Contacted M.A.D Kollection and was reassured and given a date by which it would arrive, and of course it did, earlier than expected. The fit was PERFECT, and the length just right with reasonable heels (I'm 5'5"). The dress is GORGEOUS! I wore it to the awards, we WON an award, and I had compliments on my dress all night long. I felt glamourous and comfortable and love the print, style, pockets and zippable slit. Will definitely be back for more beautiful outfits.

The order came really quickly and it looks great on. It is quite long so I will need to wear heels so it can come off the floor, but the fit was perfect.
